@Jaqueline612 Well, I have not seen any interviews of them speaking English but they are supposed to be learning it. I am the owner of this vid too btw, I own a forum dedicated to the twins. 🙂 Most of the vids here on YT about Rafael are mine also. I guess you could say I am a big fan lol. 🙂
