FABIO REGRETS MAN UNITED ATTITUDE

Ex-Manchester United player Fabio da Silva has one big regret from his time at the Theatre of Dreams. Fabio da Silva spoke about his Manchester United regret in a chat with Talk of the Devil. The Nantes defender admitted that he was immature during his time as a player at Old Trafford and that it is his big regret while playing for the Red Devils. He said after the Brazilian fullback was asked if he regrets anything from his time at Manchester United. Fabio da Silva said he should have believed more in himself during his time at Old Trafford and that he should have been more matured during his time as a Red Devils player.

Fabio da Silva and his twin brother, Rafael da Silva, signed for Manchester United at the start of 2007 after they were spotted by the club at a tournament. The two fullbacks signed for the Red Devils from Brazilian Serie A outfit Fluminense at the same time.
Fabio da Silva didn’t play for the Red Devils until a year later when he turned 18 just like what was obtainable with his twin brother, Rafael da Silva.Fabio da Silva was not a regular at Manchester United despite the fact that he was adept at left-back and at right-back. Rafael da Silva enjoyed more playing time than Fabio da Silva at the Theatre of Dreams. Fabio da Silva left Manchester United a year before his brother Rafael to sign for Welsh team Cardiff City.

He left Manchester United in the summer of 2014 after he became surplus to requirements with the appointment of Louis Van Gaal as the Red Devils boss. He went on to play for Middlesbrough as well. Fabio da Silva signed for Nantes in 2018 and he’s a regular for the French club.
